Warranty

1. As for any part of high frequency electronic modules of OHM brand remote control systems, the warranty period is 3 years (standard time) without payment (without damage by human courses).

2. As for all parts except for being in the high frequency electronic module of a system, the warranty period is 1 year (standard time) without payment.

Repair

1. As for all products and spare parts from OHM, the maintenance guaranty period is all service life.

2. OHM has some product maintenance centers in our Factory.

3. As for various all components and parts of remote control systems (including the transmitter systems and receiving systems) from OHM, we has spare parts.

Maintenance response time

We promise the product maintenance includes our remote system.

1. We promise the maintenance response time shall be within 24 hours.

2. As for any OHM brand remote control system (including the emission and receiving system) for repairing in our company, the maintenance period shall be within 3 working days. As for any remote control system which may not be repaired within the limited period, we provide the standby system to ensure our user’s normal operation; and the standby system is replaced after repairing the system.
